Since 2004, principal Judy Mattera of MY SWEET SOLUTIONS has brought her extensive background in fine pastry-making, coupled with the study of the world's great (and often undiscovered) dessert wines, to locations as varied as The Boston Center for Adult Education, The French Culinary Institute in NYC, and the national conference of Women Chefs and Restaurateurs. Not to mention countless private homes and small companies throughout greater Boston.
